Sanded down to get a smoother surface than it came with. (lapped) Hard to polish down inside something like that. Still came out pretty good though. Lapped Tri-Cree Mag, P3D-UV, 120P     Used to create housing for NFlex Used the factory Mag lens to hold the reflectors in place and to hide wiring. Sanded down to fit then sanded with 320 grit on both sides for a frosted look.                                               Used an old Fenix tail switch circuit board and Dremeled out 4 traces from a single center contact and sized to fit inside Delrin washer.   Used JB-Weld to hold the mini 4 pin camera type connector in place.         Used JB-Weld to hold the nylon shoulder washer to back of switch. The washer is a perfect friction fit into the switch housing allowing removal without light disassembly           I had to Dremel out enough material to allow switch to fit down far enough for rubber boot to sit properly           Rubber boot being fitted       I wanted to be able to upgrade or replace switch so I used a mini connector
